Life experiences tell me that cutting a mango are often messy. The slicing of the skin to be as thin as possible, then holding a bare soft mango flesh that are sticky to further cut them. You often lose much flesh either to the seed or removed when you cut the skin.
This is how I am doing it after learning from the internet. It is a no brainer and "why I did not thought of his earlier" moments...
