Standard Chartered KL Marathon Set to Keep Runners Hydrated

100PLUS comes in for another three years as a partner for the Marathon.

KUALA LUMPUR, 11 June, 2013 – Malaysia’s leading isotonic drink, 100PLUS, is back this year as an official partner for the Standard Chartered KL Marathon 2013. The sports drink is a favourite amongst sports enthusiasts for its properties to restore essential ions and electrolytes lost during physical exertion and rehydrate athletes’ bodies to its optimal hydration balance. 100PLUS is manufactured and distributed by Fraser and Neave (F&N) Beverages Marketing Sdn Bhd (Malaysia) and is the only sports drinks in Malaysia to be recommended by the National Sports Council (NSC).

The partnership signifies the commitment and confidence of both 100PLUS and Standard Chartered KL Marathon in making this event memorable and successful.

This year, 100PLUS will be providing over 24 thousand litres of isotonic drinks for the runners and an additional 68 thousand litres of mineral water will also be provided on Race day on 30 June.

100PLUS is specially formulated to help restore what the body loses during physical exertion.
