Hyundai Malaysia Sutera Gemilang Road to Euro 2012

Hyundai-Sime Darby Motors (HSDM) dealer Sutera Gemilang Auto opened a new facility in Shah Alam that was launched on April, 2012 integrated sales, service and spare parts centre for the brand in Malaysia.

With a size of 31,500 sq ft and located at Lot 7960, Jalan Batu 3 (off Jalan Subang), has a total of nine service bays, and is targeting to service approximately 32 vehicles a day. It carries the same features as all Hyundai 3S centres, which includes a premium Wi-Fi lounge, a kids corner and free flow of beverages to provide greater comfort and convenience for its customers.

The Sutera Gemilang Auto dealership has invested close to RM3million in setting up the centre offers Quick Service and a 24-Hour Key Drop facility, as well as a free hourly shuttle service to Citta Mall (and anywhere within the radius of 15 km from the facility). This way, you will have the choices to go back home or office rather than hang about doing nothing at the 3S.

HSDM is looking to have a total of 22 3S centres nationwide by the end of 2012, and add a further four more next year. This certainly will be a good plus point for current and future Hyundai owner to continue or consider owning the brand, as essentially aftersales services is one of the most crucial part of owning a vehicle.

Apart from Hyundai vehicles, Inokom, being the CKD equivalent for a few Hyundai model will be serviced here as well. Current ongoing promotion will see owners receiving up to 10% discount on parts and labor - though that is pretty standard (I drive a Hyundai Matrix by the way) as i go to HSDM authorised centre from day one of ownership.
In conjunction with the Euro 2012, HSDM Sutera Gemilang held an event aptly named Hyundai Euro Tour. Throughout the 3hours event that started from 4pm and ended at 7pm, a virtual football game were held and participants are encouraged to score as many goals as possible within a stipulated time. The winner takes home a spanking new iPhone!

If that wasn't enough, HSDM gave out complimentary limited edition jerseys to almost 100 lucky visitors during the event.
