Last year, with 53 days to go for Ironman 2009 i did at least 4 long rides in excess of 130km each time.
For IM10, my longest ride since IM09 was just last Saturday - 75km.
I've not swam since Desaru Long Distance Tri and i have not ran any marathon since IM09.
One would really be crazy AND stupid to attempt IM10 in 53 days.
That is SEVEN HOLY SHIT WEEKENDS.
This is worse than studying for final exams!
