This is NOT a PAID POSTING
Cotton Club? Nola, they don't sell cotton filled pillow or sell any cotton linen stuffs.
I'm doing a friend a favour and helping him to promote Cotton Club.
Alternatively, you can also google COTTON CLUB MALAYSIA and see what you could actually get. I did and there is already write ups here.
Currently Cotton Club is celebrating their second anniversary. Perhaps the services has improved since this blogger's write up here.
To be frank, i've not been to Cotton Club. But i was told that Cotton Club is actually a place for FOOD and JAZZ.
Cotton Club has evolved to accommodate the diversity of its customers. The Jazz performances continue to swing but now, the club has also opened its doors to other varieties of music ranging from Pop, Acid Jazz, Funk, R&B.
For their 2nd Anniversary, a band called Ankestra will be feautred.
Ankestra consists of six multitalented musicians: leader/keyboardist Aan, vocalist Billy, vocalist Khairulhizam @ Hijam, guitarist Wan, percussions Adik and bassist Helmee.
With a portfolio performance for VVIP's and Royalties, a few of the members were also involved in Asiabeat, Headwind (read : Zainal Abidin!!!) and as various crew members for local singers. Their eclectic sound of Acid Jazz, Indo Hits, Classic Rock and Latin suits perfectly into Cotton Clubs new music variety. Their live performances start from 8.30 till late from Monday to Saturday.
Apart from the music, The Cotton Club has also fine tuned its menu to cater to the growing demands of discerning Malaysians. From the previously Western influence cuisine, the Chef has made the swing towards a more Malaysian styled cuisine to entice Malaysian palates.
The club believes that Malaysians will always love and demand for great Malaysian food at fantastic value for money prices. Drop by for mouth watering dishes such as Curry Laksa, Cotton Club Curry Chicken and Mutton Masala. The Cotton Club is opened for lunch and dinner daily.
As for drinks, The Cotton Club has been generous with their promotions. As they turn 2, celebrate with them with their jaw dropping one round of RM2.00 nett per glass of beer per customer. All you need to do is be the first 20 to drop your name card with the bartender from 6.30pm onwards from Monday to Saturday for the month of June 2007.
