Take Off That Tie

Ugly ties...i bet most of us would have some that looked horrid in the closet...


All in the name of Retro???

It has been 5 years since i last wore a tie to work. My line of work doesn't require me to wear any. If needed, i only wear my Alumni's tie.

I've been wearing the same pattern of tie since 1992. It is now 2007, that would be a good 15 years of the same tie pattern i've been wearing.

But, what interest me most is that as i was surfing through the web, there is a a person by the name of Peter Belisi that is running a Belisi Take off that Tie Campaign!!! Campaign to take off the ties? Read On!

Belisi is a luxury designer of high-end silk ties, scarves and women's handbags. Infact, he is offering a year supply of ties to the winner of this campaign! In his own words, he says "The Belisi brand unites the luxury and prestige of Palm Beach with Italian beauty and sophistication."

Now, looking at his pic in MySpace does show he at least wears nice tie, so, who am i, someone that hardly wears one, to argue? :)
