2km swim.
90km bike.
21km run.
The longest distance i ever did was just a 1.5km swim, a 60km bike and a 10km run. It took me a good 4 hours plus to get it over and done with, minus the pain because of chaffing.
COme saturday, i'll attempt my first half IronMan in Desaru.
Daunting.
Been having mixed feeling about it, not so afraid about the swimming as i do breast stroke most of the time.
90km biking seems far. It is like cycling from KL to Seremban and back to Nilai. I reckon it should take me at least 4hours if i manage to maintain an average of 23km/h speed on my trusty old bike.
The come the half marathon. I only once attempted a half marathon in my life. During the this year's KLIM, it took me a good 2 hours 20 minutes, that is only running, and no other activities going on. I reckon it will take me a good 3 hours. Which is, after swimming and cycling, i reckon i'll most probably be doing a slow run/walk most of the way...

And i'm in the midst of recovering from anohter bout of food poisoning. Tummy spasming like i am doing 1000 sit ups and crunches a day and it is by all, not a pleasant feeling...with only 3 days to go to race day. sigh...
